To gain access you must join the Celestial Hand faction by doing two quests, Investigate the Factions and Celestial Hand Initiation.
During the Reclamation event, Master Statue of 'Freebooter Isle' Transport and Master Statue of 'Moarsman City' Transport were added to drop point room. Use to be transported to their respective isles. Requires Master rank in the society.
