Shadow Invasion Quest Chain |
Quest Overview
This once per character quest is the fourth in a series of Shadow quests. You must complete the Fate of Bael'Zharon quest and then wait 13 days before you may begin this quest.
Walk Through
- Speak to Isin Dule in Arwic to begin this quest.
- You will be sent to speak to Black Ferah.
- Route: Run from Tou-Tou to 29.2S, 95.8E.
- The Black Ferah has asked you to visit three caves in the area which hold pieces of the Ley Line Recording Device.
- Visit each cave nearby, make your way to the bottom and retrieve the Piece of Recording Device from the floor at the end of each of them.
- 27.4S, 95.3E - Shadow Cave (Top)
- 28.9S, 96.1E - Shadow Cave (Middle)
- 28.3S, 96.9E - Shadow Cave (Bottom)
- Combine all three pieces to recieve your Recording Device.
- Bring your recording device to each of the Dark Rocks.
- 28.0S, 96.5E
- 27.2S, 96.6E
- Give the device to each rock, after a moment the device will spawn on top of the rock.
- Shortly thereafter you will see a message stating that the device has completed it's readings, use the device to retrieve them.
Siding with Isin Dule
- Bring the Recording Device to Isin Dule, he will modify it and ask you to return it to Black Ferah.
- Give device to Black Ferah for your reward.
Siding with Black Ferah
- Bring device back to Black Ferah. For your reward. Do not bring to Isin Dule

Black Ferah tells you, "That is nice and all, but I asked you to collect data with the device, not just bring it to me."
Black Ferah tells you, "I wonder what Ler Rhan sees in you."
You allow Dark Rock to examine your Recording Device.
You place the Recording Device over the stone.
The Recording Device has finished collecting data.
You retrieve the data from the device
You have already retrieved data from this site.
You allow Dark Rock to examine your Recording Device.

Isin Dule tells you, "Ahh that data is most interesting indeed, and quite disturbing."

Isin Dule tells you, "If we are lucky it will take them a while to figure out the information they have been using is incorrect and will allow us enough time to prepare for their next move."
